1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and tags where applicable.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

- Custom-made knives
- Engraved products
- Personalized items
- Special-order products
Used Products
- Products showing signs of use, wear, sharpening, modification, or damage caused by the customer.
Clearance and Final Sale Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable.”
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
Upon verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

- Failure to collect the package
- Refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes
any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and other related expenses.

- Local legal compliance regarding knife ownership and importation
Refunds will not be issued for products seized, restricted, or denied entry by customs authorities due to local regulations.
